Court Responsibilities: Adjudicating infractions, violations of Class C and Class B Misdemeanors based upon state statute and city ordinances. The court provides small claims services for civil matters. Small claims filings are accepted Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays no later than 4:30pm Class C misdemeanors can run from $0 - $750 and 0-90 days in jail.
