In order to participate in the South Jordan City's Water Conservation Rebate Program the following requirements must be fulfilled by applicants:

1. Offer is limited to residential and commercial properties located within South Jordan City boundaries.
2. One controller and one weather station or soil moisture sensor rebate is limited per residence or commercial building.
3. All necessary documentation must be submitted as indicated in the South Jordan City's Water Conservation Program Rebate Form.
4. The resident/commercial owner must agree to allow South Jordan City to inspect for product installation (within 30 days) and examine municipal water use records.
5. Homeowner or business owner must agree to allow South Jordan City to conduct follow-up inspections to verify the use of the equipment.
6. Rebate will be given only for qualified controllers or controllers that have been pre-approved by a South Jordan City representative. A list of qualified controllers can be downloaded here.
7. This offer is valid only for first-time-applicants that have not received a South Jordan City rebate previously.
